It’s impossible for us to provide the right quality without a thorough intake. This is essential and contributes to the success rate of finding the right profile. Looking at skills is one thing, understanding the values and norms of an organization is equally important.
Once we agree on the right profile, we start with a blueprint of the market. What’s the necessary background? Which skills are required? Which candidates are available?
