Through our model, we are not looking to maximize profit but to constantly contribute to society by financially supporting local charity. We are convinced that these two can fit perfectly together. Fostering Positive Impact
GBL Staffing was recently founded by Lander Van Belle and Jasper Baeyens from a passion to do things completely differently in the recruitment industry. Being able to give back to society is an essential element in our business model. For every vacancy that has been filled, we give a part of our profits to a local charity.
In this way we want to financially contribute to local communities and support their functioning. We believe these values can make a real difference towards our clients and candidates.
